What Cyprian does

Cyprian is the AI front desk for small businesses. It brings customer messages, comments, reviews, bookings and social publishing into one workspace. You connect your eligible business accounts, review AI-prepared drafts and plans, and decide what is sent, replied, moderated, booked or published.

A person in your workspace approves publishing, comment replies, moderation, review replies and bookings. The assistant can read your requests and incoming enquiries, summarise threads and draft plans or replies, but it cannot publish, schedule, moderate, delete or approve any of those on its own.

The one exception is automated replies to private customer messages. An owner or admin may approve a rule for one connected messaging channel: a Facebook Page, an Instagram professional account or a WhatsApp Business number. Under that rule Cyprian sends replies automatically, composed only from the business profile you entered and approved, each marked as automated and offering a route to a person. It stops for a conversation the moment someone takes it over or replies from the platform’s own tools, is off by default, and can be switched off for that channel at any time. You are responsible for the business profile those replies are composed from and for keeping it accurate.

Your account

You need an account, and you are responsible for what happens under it. Keep your credentials to yourself and tell us promptly if you think someone else has access. You must be at least 16 years old, and if you are using Cyprian for an organisation, you confirm you are allowed to agree to these terms for it.

Your content stays yours

You keep every right you already had in the media and text you bring to Cyprian. You grant us a licence to store it, create the derivative versions a destination requires, and transmit it to the destinations you select, and that licence exists only so we can do the job you asked for. It ends when you delete the content or close your account.

You are responsible for confirming that:

• You own or are licensed to publish what you upload.
• Publishing it does not break the law or the rules of the destination you are publishing to.
• Anyone identifiable in it has agreed to appear, where that is required.

Connected accounts

Connecting a destination authorises Cyprian to act on your behalf on that platform, limited to what the connection permits. Each platform’s own terms continue to apply to you, and a platform can suspend, rate-limit or reject content for its own reasons. You can disconnect any destination at any time. If you use Cyprian’s YouTube features, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.

What we do not promise

Cyprian depends on platforms we do not control. Their APIs change, rate-limit, break and occasionally reject perfectly good content. So:

• We do not guarantee that any given post will publish, or publish at an exact time.
• We do guarantee that we will tell you the truth about it. A failed post says which destination failed, why, and what to do next. We will never show a post as published when it is not.
• Cyprian is provided as-is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Keep your own copies of anything irreplaceable. Cyprian preserves your originals and does not overwrite them, but it is a publishing tool, not a backup service.

Acceptable use

You may not use Cyprian to:

• Publish unlawful content, or content you have no right to publish.
• Harass, impersonate, or deceive people, including publishing as someone who has not authorised it.
• Send spam or bulk automated content in a way that breaches a destination’s rules.
• Interfere with the service, work around its limits, or access parts of it you have not been given access to.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you first.

Plans and payment

If Cyprian offers a paid plan or purchase, you will see its price, billing period, included features and renewal or cancellation terms before you authorize payment. We will not charge you without that authorization. A payment provider or app store may process the purchase under its own billing, cancellation and refund rules, which will be shown at the point of purchase.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Cyprian is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profit, or for loss of goodwill. Our total liability to you is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, you keep every statutory right your local law gives you.

Ending it

You can request account closure by emailing hello@cyprian.ai. We may end or suspend access if you break these terms or if continuing the service is unlawful or unsafe. How we handle information after a closure or deletion request is covered in our privacy policy.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service or law changes. We will update the date at the top and provide additional notice or seek acceptance where the change or applicable law requires it.
